For Sale

We met with a real estate agent this morning to begin the process of putting our home on the market for the Big Move this summer. We had been debating for months whether to rent the house out or sell altogether, and a decision has finally been made. While it was certainly tempting to think about owning two homes (the tax breaks! the value appreciation!), the stress and headache of being landlords while also tackling graduate school full-time was not appealing. Of course, now we face the stress and headache of putting our home on the market in less than one month...not to mention buying a new home this summer, in a to-be-determined area. Anybody in the market for a cute 3/2 ranch?
