In Memory of Our Fallen

Yesterday, I was able to send out the most exciting email during my time as an FRG leader, finally disseminating details on the first squadron flight back to Ft. Bragg! As the paratroopers of 5-73 Cavalry begin preparations to finally come home after 15 long months, I cannot help but dwell on the 22 brave soldiers and friends we have lost.

At the homecoming ceremony next week, their bodies will not be marching with the unit but their spirit will be carried in our hearts. They are always missed and never forgotten.
